2. Working out at home with equipment
3. Workout out at home with just a mat, no equipment required
Just send us your preference on your exercise routine.
You'll also receive tools and information to build a diet around your needs.
Every Friday class participants send in their progress pictures along with their weight and measurements. Or, if you are uncomfortable with sending you picture publicly you can send it to you coach separately via DM or email.
Rejuvenate fitness was started in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. It is our mission to provide safe and clean equipment to our clients along with excellent training service. All equipment is cleaned after every session with our clients safety as a top priority.
Our training philosophy is simple- Injury prevention and holistic process. We wish it was as simple as do these exercises and get what you want, but there is a lot more that comes along with keeping the body and mind healthy. We aim to rejuvenate and get our clients living life the way they want to.

I've been a certified trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine for 6 years and hold 6 different certifications including 3 specialty certifications. I also have 2 undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Speech Communication.
My training philosophy in training is focused on 3 main targets. Injury prevention, Corrective exercise, client goals and providing accountability for them.
My clients are not just purchasing a training session when they work with me. They are purchasing a friend that wants to see them succeed. I know 2 big things about coaching. 1. People are more likely to adhere to it if there is a strong relationship between us. 2. Knowledge is power! I don't want to change what you do, I want to teach you new information/perspectives that make you feel good about changing yourself. It sucks feeling like your losing every time you make a healthy decision. But if you know why you're making it, then you feel like you are winning. And that's the key!
As a final statement I'd like to say that I'm really not interested in training my clients forever. I want to train you to take care of yourself and live the rest of your life healthy and pain free. Once you and I agree that you know what needs to be done, and you have the skills to do so- Go do it!
